I feel like we always remember the power of scent during the fall and the holidays, but we often forget about it for the other seasons.

Scent has such a great way of creating an atmosphere in our homes and making us feel like we’re somewhere completely different almost instantly.Actually, I think this is a great little cookie to use for all different occasions.

Wouldn’t the fresh green color look great on a platter of Easter treats too?.Today I wanted to share with you this little variation on the perfect plain cookie recipe because they just turned out so well.

As a bonus, Chris even ate a bunch, so even though they’re a little bit fun, they weren’t.fun and they didn’t scare him off, being the plain cookie lover that he is.. Here’s what you need to make these elegantly-green, just-slightly-nutty cookies:.
